Apple Cider Vinegar – Age Old Remedy

I use apple cider vinegar (ACV) to address gastro-intestinal as well as respiratory illnesses.  If I feel a bit bloated or am concerned that I saw pink in the chicken (but ate it anyway), I take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar as a precautionary measure.    If I feel a cold coming on, I may opt for increased doses of Vitamin C, or a few tablespoons of ACV followed by a tall glass of filtered water.
